The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program educates people about disaster preparedness for hazards that may impact their area, and trains them in basic disaster response skills such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations. This 3-day training is scheduled March 20-22, 2026 at the Indio Emergency Operations Center. Friday, March 20 from 5-9 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, March 21-22, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
